I cannot log in
Use Forgot password on the login screen and we will email you a reset link. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then email us and we will sort it out by hand.
Signed up with Apple or Google? Use that same button to sign back in - there is no password on those accounts.
How do I cancel?
Go to Profile › Membership and billing › Manage billing. That opens your billing page, where you can cancel yourself - no conversation with anyone, and nothing to talk you out of it. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you would rather we did it, email us and we will, same day.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Go to Profile › Your data and privacy. Delete account is on that screen. It removes your profile, your logged sessions, your photos and your messages, and it cannot be undone.
Download my data is on the same screen, so you can take a copy first. Email us if you would rather we sent it.
My free trial ended
Nothing was charged - the trial never asks for a card. Your program, your history and your coach are all still saved. Go to app.hqevolve.com to pick up where you left off.
Apple Health and Health Connect
Evolve reads your steps, workouts, heart rate and sleep only if you grant permission, and only to make your training and recovery match what you actually did. You can withdraw that permission at any time in your phone's Health settings, and the app keeps working without it.
